REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds:
We understand that circumstances may change, and refunds may be necessary. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@pantheryouthsports.com within 10 days of the original purchase.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of registration may be permitted within 10 days of purchase, subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions:
No refunds will be provided for services already rendered or events attended. Panther Youth Sports reserves the right to refuse refunds or cancellations in cases of abuse or fraud.
